In the summer of 2008, Advanced Lending Inc. merged with Sunset Mortgage Company. As a result Advanced Lending is no longer licensed as a stand-alone mortgage company but is now a licensed branch office of Sunset Mortgage Company. Sunset has 12 branch offices and is a direct lender with in house underwriting, loan documents and funding.
This merger allows us to offer you better interest rates on FannieMae loans, the ability to do FHA loans as well as a higher level of customer service on all loans.
Our branch office will still be controlled by Steve & Janey Salveson and all our existing Loan Officers are still with us. All phone numbers and e-mail addresses will remain the same, and we are in the same location as before.
